The Premium SSL certificates are not eligible for a refund once they are paid. The order is full and final. Also, the promotional discount and price are for the 1st time users only, and they renew at the regular price. If you cancel your SSL certificates, these 3rd Party services are not eligible for any refund.
- If you cancel your web hosting or any other service within 30 days and your package includes a free or paid domain, Premium SSL, VPS server, dedicated Ip, 3rd party backup service, Microsoft products, Whmcs, cPanel, WebAdmin, or any other 3rd party product or service which is not even mentioned here, then Bluehill Hosting will need to deduct the cost, as those are non-refundable like a domain name. The cost of those one or more products or services will be deducted from your final refund. This cost will cover our purchase cost, and you can still keep on using those services for the rest of the remaining term.
For Example, Like the Domain name is not refundable, it will stay active for the remaining duration. You ove the domain to another domain registrar or simply point it elsewhere by updating the name servers. Also, note the newly registered domain names are locked after registration and cannot be transferred to a new registrar for the first 60 days from the registration period. But you still retain ownership of your domain until the end of its registration period unless you renew it again. The same thing applies to any 3rd party licensing, VPS and dedicated servers, SSL certificates, Sitelock, or any other service other than shared web hosting, as they are also not refundable...
